Booking Terms

1. Bookings & Confirmations

• All bookings must be made through our online booking system or via WhatsApp.

• Payment for services must be made in advance.

• Your booking is considered confirmed once you receive an email confirmation from Japanese Head Spa with the complete booking details.

2. Cancellations

• You must notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid charges.

• In the event of a cancellation, you may reschedule your booking for a new date and time.

3. Payment & Late Cancellation Policy

• If a booking is cancelled less than 24 hours in advance, 100% of the cost of the reserved service will be charged.

4. Packages & Validity

• Purchased packages are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.

• Expired packages will not be accepted and are non-refundable.

5. Arriving on Time

• We recommend arriving on time for your scheduled appointment so you can fully enjoy the experience. If you arrive late, the treatment time may be adjusted and reduced in order to respect subsequent appointments.

6. Changes & Adjustments

• Japanese Head Spa reserves the right to make changes to bookings in exceptional circumstances, notifying the client as far in advance as possible.

7. Informed Consent

• It is necessary to accept and sign the informed consent form before receiving the treatment. If you refuse to sign it, the treatment will not be carried out and no refund will be issued.
